Incorrect item received
– If you think you’ve received an incorrect item, please call us while the driver is still there
– If the item is incorrect, please return it with the driver and we’ll contact you to resolve the issue
If you notice an item is incorrect after delivery, please contact us through live chat at the bottom of this page with the following information:-
✔️ Your order number.
✔️ Which item is incorrect.
✔️ Attach images of the incorrect item and packaging where possible.
✔️ The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
– We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we’ll resolve your issue
– We will exchange any incorrect item, or you can return it for a full refund
