If you notice an item is incorrect after delivery, please contact us through live chat at the bottom of this page with the following information:
✔️ Your order number.
✔️ Which item is incorrect.
✔️ Attach images of the incorrect item and packaging where possible.
✔️ The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
– We will then contact you as soon as possible and discuss how we’ll resolve this issue
– We will exchange any incorrect item, or you can return it for a full refund
