Please retain all of your furniture packaging until you are 100% happy with your delivery as any returned items will need to be packaged in either the original packaging or alternative packaging that offers a similar level of protection. We do not accept any liability for damage should an item be returned to us without its original packaging.
Items returned to us without their original packaging will be inspected, if we deem that your packaging is not appropriate for transit, we may make a deduction where the inappropriate packaging or unreasonable handling has diminished the value of the products.
If your item doesn’t fit, you can arrange a return with us free of charge, providing it’s within 14 days of receipt.
All of our items carry clear sizing information within the product detail page. We strongly advise checking all measurements and access before ordering. Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any tight turns once inside the property.
