All our deliveries are free within mainland UK and the Isle of Wight. You can select your delivery date at checkout if your item is in stock and you're all set! We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, excluding bank holidays.

One-person delivery

We use a one-person delivery service, for smaller, less bulky orders where unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive.

One-person premium delivery

We use a one-person premium delivery service for some smaller, less bulky orders where you’ll receive an estimated 2 hour time slot the evening before your delivery. Our drivers will also call you up to 15 minutes before they arrive. Naturally, this is dependent on traffic and other influences outside of our control.

Your order will be delivered to your door.

Two-person delivery

For bulkier and larger orders, we use a two-person delivery service and you’ll receive an estimated 2-hour time slot the evening before your delivery. Our drivers will also call you up to 15 minutes before they arrive. Naturally this is dependent on traffic and other influences outside of our control.

Your order can be delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access.
