All our deliveries are free within mainland UK and the Isle of Wight. You can select your delivery date at checkout if your item is in stock and you're all set! We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, excluding bank holidays.

Two-person deliveries

For bulkier and larger orders, we use a two-person delivery service and you’ll receive an estimated 2-hour time slot the evening before your delivery. Our drivers will also call you up to 15 minutes before they arrive. Naturally, this is dependant on traffic and other influences outside of our control.

Your order can be delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access. Please advise if you would prefer an 'over threshold' delivery so that the drivers do not need to enter your property or request a signature.

One-person deliveries

We use a one-person service, for smaller, less bulky orders where unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive.

Due to ongoing industrial action within the Royal Mail network, a small number of our deliveries may be impacted or slightly delayed.
